All proceeds will benefit the more than 21,000 people monthly with services that include basic need such as food, clothing, furniture, financial assistance and long-term case management that helps people build like skills for a more self-sufficient future. FORMAT:
- Mixed Doubles - start 4pm
- Full draw is 10 teams
- 5 teams in one group (Group A) & 5 teams in another group (Group B)
- play a round robin within group (one team will will have a welcomed "bye" per round)
- one traditional set with NO AD scoring
- 1st & 2nd place finishers in each group will come back Saturday to play a semi final & then play a final
- Group A #1 vs Group B #2 = semi final #1
- Group B #1 vs Group A #2 = semi final #2
- Winners of semi final #1 & semi final #2 will play in a final
Tournament committee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other circumstances.
ENTRY FEE:
- $35 per player
- Online payment/registration only
- Food/beverages will be available to purchase at the Lakeside Cafe - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Event T-Shirt available for purchase - $10 each

IMPORTANT DATES:
- Registration - Once all invitees are secured, Jessica will contact them to get them registered on-line
- Draw/schedule published on TopDog by Sunday evening October 26th
NOTES TO PLAYERS:
- NO PARKING permitted on grass areas on either side of Gilson Road - MUST park in pickleball lot or LakeSide Tennis/Spa lot
- All participants must be available for all their scheduled matches
- Shower facilities are NOT available
- A fully stocked pro shop with racquets, apparel & other items for sale is on site at the LakeSide shop
- Lakeside Cafe will be open during the tournament with refreshments/beverages available for purchase
